Are you sitting down? Here's the poll that just came out on the Senate race here in Kentucky:
Mitch McConnell- 44%
Bruce Lunsford- 49%
Wow. I'm not kidding, those are the actual numbers.
However, just 67% of McCain voters currently plan to vote for McConnell. Twenty-eight percent (28%) of McCain voters say they will split the ticket and vote for Lunsford. Recognizing the overall political dynamic, McConnell issued a statement last week indicating that he is looking forward to running against the “Lunsford-Obama plan for America."Smile. :)

JTFC. I have to admit, I was a few doubts about this race... McConnell has had years of strong support in this state. But no longer! We can actually do it!
