And it's raining excuses, so grab an umbrella before you read it.
As Rob Morris says, either Dudley happens to have the worst luck on earth, or he is a congenital liar.
Either way, the only thing we're sure of is that he is a failure.

Ooh, Zurich, how fancy.
Take the Centrepointe property by emminent domain and build a passenger train and bus station there. Move the Greyhound Station from where it is to downtown, and extend the tracks from Rupp Arena down Vine Street so we can get commuter rail running between Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati by 2020. That way, the people of Kentucky actually benefit, instead of just dumbass Dudley.
If they wanted to build a giant eyesore nobody will use why didn't they tear down Lexington Mall and build it there?
Because he had been conspiring with Rosenburg to let those buildings fall into disrepair (lessening the chance for them to be slated for historical preservation) for over a decade in preparation for redeveloping that block.
I'm darn glad I don't live in a community where they have zoning and tell you what you can and cannot build on your own private property. Property ownership rights are at the backbone of our country's founding principles.
